Q/ How often should i call the agency?
You should always inform us (by email if possible) if your physical appearance changes, you are going to be out of town and you're unavailable for work or if you have acquired a new skill. We will always contact you if we have some news about a confirmed or potential audition. Its not necessary to call us to check whether there is any work, as we most certainly will contact you as soon as we have an audition or job for you. We do ask that Oi Oi clients try and avoid calling first thing on Mondays and last thing on Friday afternoons unless it is extremely urgent. These periods are usually the busiest times for us in the office.
